I live in the beautiful New Forest, coastal town of Lymington, surrounded by glorious beaches, acres of woodland countryside and wildlife.
I started practising yoga over 20 years ago. I was ‘lost in London’ and my weekly practice helped me make sense of it all. It wasn’t an overnight evolution but overtime I fell in love with yoga. Without it, I noticed the negative patterns returning.
Over the years, I have experienced many styles and along the way. yoga has supported me throughout huge unexpected life events.
Yoga is part of my daily life.
I practice on and off the mat.
Yoga will show you the way to efficiently dedicate a wellness practice into your life, nurturing health. Those around you will benefit. It will help you navigate through this wonderful busy life and light up a connection to calm.
I am now privileged to pass the joy of yoga to others through my teaching having trained for 2 years (British Wheel of Yoga) and offer classes within Lymington and the surrounding New Forest.
Having a lifelong love of the water, I became an SUP YOGA INSTRUCTOR in 2020 and SUP instructor (BSUPA UK) in 2021.
I am a Mum and also work at the local sixth form college as a teacher.
I have a love of travel, am a qualified fitness instructor, RYA Coastal Skipper & Advanced RIB Coxswain. In my spare time, you can find me on the water either paddling or sailing.
