The types of yoga I teach
Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is the one that got me hooked! Suitable for those who are new to yoga, or those that prefer a slower yoga class. 
 
Nevertheless, be prepared to challenge yourself and be rewarded by feeling better and better after each class. You will see improvements on flexibility, strength,  balance, focus and coordination. 
Hatha-Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa yoga can be slightly faster paced and offers a more dynamic flow,  synchronising breath and movement, linking postures, exploring options to build strength and flexibility. 
 
This class is suitable for those who have practised before or those that enjoy a more physically challenging practise.
Yin
Yin yoga gently increases our natural range of motion. Deep, long-held poses, liberate fascia and target connective tissues to find space within the body and set-free chronic holding habits. 
 
The nature of the practice, draws the mind inward, increasing awareness through reflection of breath and thought patterns. 
Restorative
Restorative yoga uses blankets, bolsters and props to support the body to release and uncover deeper levels of relaxation.
 
Encouraging softening and releasing tensions within the body whilst feeling fully supported can restore, relax and provided a state of deep calm.
Yoga Nidra
A deeply relaxing, meditative form of yoga where you are required simply to notice the experience. Truly nothing to do, but observe the sensations guided gently with breath awareness, imagery and body scanning.
