What to expect...

A sense of humour and a calm, safe, non-judgemental environment where everyone can grow and learn together.

I teach three types of Yoga. Two on land, and in the summer, we also head to the water for SUP yoga!

Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is the one that got me hooked! Suitable for those who are new to yoga, or those that prefer a slower yoga class. 
 
Nevertheless, be prepared to challenge yourself and be rewarded by feeling better and better after each class. You will see improvements on flexibility, strength,  balance, focus and coordination. 
Hatha-Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa yoga can be slightly faster paced and offers a more dynamic flow,  synchronising breath and movement, linking postures, exploring options to build strength and flexibility. 
 
This class is suitable for those who have practised before or those that enjoy a more physically challenging practise.
